The Structure
Our design and construction methods are meticulous to provide the finest quality garden room solution available on the market; and with all the essentials you need to get you settled into your garden room.

We use very energy-efficient methods of construction
All our buildings are constructed using SIPs. One of the fastest construction methods available. The box is just the beginning.
SIP-buildings are very energy efficient making them low cost to heat. And they are also very environmentally friendly – as they use 50% less raw timber compared to conventional builds and minimising CO2 emissions in manufacture.
SIP Panel
Available in various thicknesses, SIP panels are made up of polyurethane foam and 2 layers of OSB (oriented strand board).
During manufacturing, the polyurethane insulation is injected between 2 sheets of OSB leaving no scope for poor areas of insulation or cold spots. SIPs buildings are more environmentally responsible, energy-efficient, strong, quiet and draft-free than the majority of traditional construction methods.
