Constructed using our SIPs system our modular classrooms are clad with timber from sustainable sources and can be assembled with a number of features such, as living sedum roofs and AA-rated cooling and heating.
Our build system is the least invasive modular structure you will find that conforms to all building regulations. You can specify classrooms of any shape or size. Our school classroom applications are appropriate for permanent or temporary usage. We manufactured onsite at our Head Offices, in Buckinghamshire, and can be delivered quickly, nationwide.

Designed as a better educational environment
The learning environment plays an essential role in the effectiveness of teaching which is why our spaces are designed to maximise natural light.
Research has shown that naturally lit school classrooms make for a better learning environment with students performing at 25% higher in attainment rates than peers who were educated in darker environments.
Manufacture is undertaken off-site and pre-made components delivered to the site ready for construction. We do not have huge lorries and cranes stop the working day, can continue to work safely without disruption to the school. This keeps disruption minimal, improves site safety and reduces noise and waste over that of traditional construction.

Groundwork Included
We handle many types of site clearance and foundations are included in your quotation. We mainly use galvanised steel eco-friendly ground screws, but we can also install concrete slab (raft) or concrete pad/plinth foundations where necessary.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use my building throughout the year?
Our buildings are generally more thermally efficient than an average house. The SIP construction is so well insulated that it will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter allowing you to use it all year round. They take very little to warm up and consideration is often required to cooling, specifically which you wish to use your building as a gym.
How long will my building take to build?
We cannot give exact install times however we have guideline timelines for buildings of different sizes, see below:
- Up to 25m2 – 2-3 weeks
- 25m2 – 45m2 – 2-4 weeks
- 45m2+ – 3-4 weeks
- Extensions – 2-4 weeks
- School projects – 6-8 weeks
Do I have to do my own clearance and groundwork?
If you would like us to, we can clear site for you, and we can even complete certain groundworks. The only clearance work we cannot quote for is the removal of, or works to trees, and the removal of asbestos. Both of these objects will need specialist treatment, so we recommend speaking with, and contracting local traders for work on these parts of your project.
How long after a survey will I get a quote?
We will turn around your quote as soon as possible and aim to do so within 3-5 days. Sometimes we will work on designs with you following the survey, and we will not quote until we have settled on the perfect design so it may be a little longer. However, normally we will have settled on a design on the survey so will not need to go through this process.
