Our design skills can be applied to other challenges, most recently when we were asked to provide a glass roof over a patio, surrounded by high walls. The only restriction was that the walls opposite the client house belonged to the adjacent property so we could not use them to provide support.

In the main are we used posts but in the narrow corridor we had to resort to stainless steel cable. As is often the case, this restriction led to a very elegant design which enables the client to enjoy his patio even if it is raining.
