• minimal transmission of sound due to high levels of insulation and, where necessary, additional insulation, with even better sound deadening properties
• airtight construction so no drafts even at ground level
• safety glass in all windows and doors which are double or triple glazed
• low maintenance materials.

In addition, you can specify flooring, wall coverings and other features to make teaching, activities and cleaning as easy as possible. Sinks and WCs can also be included as well as external covered deck areas to extend the usable space.
